Physics Teacher

Eren Science and Technology High School is seeking a dynamic Physics teacher to join our expanding international academic team for the 2026–2027 school year.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site teaching position beginning in the 2026–2027 academic year at Eren Science and Technology High School in Bitlis, Türkiye. The Physics teacher will deliver high-quality language instruction, contribute to the school’s growing international programs, and support the holistic development of students in a selective, scholarship-based, boarding school environment.

Qualifications

• BA in Physics / Physics Education, or a related field
• Government- or university-issued teaching certification/diploma in the subject
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience
• Experience with IGCSE and/or IB DP preferred
• Strong, positive classroom presence with effective behavior management
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Innovative, solution-oriented, and committed to student-centered learning
• Patient, adaptable, and responsive to diverse student needs
• Confident in the use of educational technologies and capable of integrating them into instruction
• Dedicated to ongoing professional development and reflective teaching practices
• Committed to identifying and nurturing each student’s unique potential
