Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physics Lecturer to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree in Physics (M.Sc.) and have a minimum of five years of teaching experience at the college level. The candidate should demonstrate excellence in teaching, a passion for mentoring students, and the ability to contribute to departmental academic activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach undergraduate-level Physics courses, including both theory and laboratory sessions.
• Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments aligned with the curriculum.
• Guide and mentor students in academic and research-related activities.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and practical work.
• Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement of academic programs.
• Engage in departmental meetings, seminars, and other academic events.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current developments in the field of Physics.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Physics from a recognized university (Ph.D. preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of teaching experience at the college level.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
• Familiarity with modern teaching methods and educational technology.
