Core Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment: Conducting thorough examinations to understand a patient's symptoms, injuries, and physical challenges.
- Treatment Planning: Developing tailored rehabilitation programs that may include a combination of exercises, stretches, and manual therapies.
- Therapeutic Interventions: Applying techniques like massage, joint manipulation, and therapeutic exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and coordination.
- Patient Education: Guiding patients on how to manage their condition, perform exercises at home, and prevent future injuries or dysfunctions.
- Progress Monitoring: Documenting patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal recovery.
- Collaboration: Working alongside doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers to offer comprehensive patient care.
