- He/She needs to Visit 05 cases in a day in the radii of 10ms from the base branch.
- If they have less cases, they needs to report to the base branch to cover up the working hours and to experience the clinical set-up
- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough physical evaluations to diagnose functional limitations and needs, reviewing medical history and performing diagnostic tests.
- Treatment Planning: Develop customized, goal-oriented treatment plans based on patient assessments and in-home capabilities.
- Treatment Delivery: Provide skilled physical therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, strength training, and balance and coordination drills.
- Patient and Caregiver Education: Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques, self-care strategies, injury prevention, and the use of adaptive equipment.
- Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor patient progress, reassess their needs, and modify treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Home Environment Assessment: Assess the patient's home environment for safety hazards and recommend modifications to improve accessibility and safety.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Coordinate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated care plan.
