Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and diagnosis of musculoskeletal, neurological, and pediatric cases
- Plan, design and implement individualized treatment plans (manual therapy, exercise therapy, neurodevelopmental techniques, mobilization, etc.)
- Monitor progress, document clinical notes, update patient records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team (OT, speech therapy, doctors)
- Educate caregivers/parents on home exercise programs and safe handling
- Maintain therapy equipment, ensure clinic readiness
- Participate in team meetings, in-service trainings, continuing education
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's (BPT) or Master’s (MPT) in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution
- (Preferably) specialization or interest in pediatric / neuro / orthopedic physiotherapy
- Strong clinical reasoning skills, ability to assess and intervene independently
- Good communication skills, empathy, patience in working with children
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and attend professional development sessions
- (Optional) Experience with pediatric / neurological cases is a plus
