Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team in Haridwar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing therapy programs to help patients restore physical function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed physical assessments of patients to diagnose movement dysfunctions and pain-related conditions.
• Develop and implement customized physiotherapy treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Use therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy, and other modalities for rehabilitation.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, modifying treatment plans as required.
• Educate patients and their families about ongoing care, exercises, and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for integrated patient care.
• Ensure all therapies are performed in accordance with medical and ethical standards.
• Participate in health awareness or wellness programs organized by the organization, if required.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physical therapy techniques, and rehabilitation principles.
• Excellent manual therapy and patient-handling skills.
• Good communication, empathy, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to design and execute individual and group therapy sessions.
• Strong observation, documentation, and reporting skills.

Educational & Professional Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant professional experience in a hospital, clinic, or rehabilitation center.
• Registration with a recognized Physiotherapy Council is preferred.

Remuneration:

• As per industry standards and based on experience.
