Physiotherapist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our Poorvam care team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in evaluating, planning, and administering physiotherapy treatments for patients across various conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical assessments of patients to evaluate movement dysfunction.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical findings.
• Administer therapies including exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy, and rehabilitation techniques.
• Guide and motivate patients to adhere to treatment plans and make lifestyle changes.
• Monitor and document patient progress regularly.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other medical staff to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on at-home exercises and post-treatment care.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records and comply with clinic protocols and ethical standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT).
• Registered with a recognized physiotherapy council or board.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience.
• Basic understanding of treatment equipment and modalities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Empathetic and patient-focused approach.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to Therapy Centre is a plus.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle a varied caseload.
• Willingness to work Independently.
