Centre Management: ○ Oversee day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring smooth functioning and high standards of service delivery. ○ Manage the centre's budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and adherence to financial targets. ○ Monitor and analyze performance metrics, including patient satisfaction, treatment outcomes, and revenue generation. ○ Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards. 2. Team Leadership: ○ Lead, mentor, and manage a team of physiotherapists, administrative staff, and other healthcare professionals. ○ Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance team skills and knowledge. ○ Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional growth, and high morale. 3. Patient Care: ○ Ensure that patients receive the highest level of care and that their treatment plans are executed effectively. ○ Address any patient concerns or complaints promptly and professionally. ○ Work closely with the clinical team to develop and implement new treatment protocols and services. 4. Business Development: ○ Drive patient acquisition and retention strategies to meet the centre’s growth targets. ○ Develop and execute BTL marketing activities, such as community outreach programs, health camps, workshops, and partnerships with local businesses. ○ Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, hospitals, and other referral sources.
