PHYSIOTHERAPIST

• Assess patients’ physical condition through history taking and physical examination
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Perform therapeutic exercises, electrotherapy, manual therapy, and rehabilitation techniques
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, posture, and injury prevention
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of physiotherapy equipment
• Follow infection control, safety, and ethical guidelines
• Participate in ward rounds and multidisciplinary meetings
