Role Overview

The Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing Clinet’ physical health, designing personalized treatment plans, and delivering high-quality rehabilitation to support safe and effective recovery and wellness improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Core Clinical Responsibilities

· Conduct detailed assessments of Client mobility, posture, pain concerns, and overall physical condition

· Review medical history and identify functional limitations

· Develop individualized physiotherapy and exercise programs based on client goals (mobility improvement, pain management, fitness, weight loss, etc.)

· Administer and supervise therapy sessions with hands-on guidance

· Monitor progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical response

· Educate patients on exercise compliance, self-care, and injury prevention

Teamwork & Patient Support

· Collaborate with doctors, dieticians, and wellness professionals to offer holistic wellness care

· Provide consultation, counselling, and strong motivation during the recovery journey

· Maintain high patient satisfaction through empathetic and professional communication

Professional & Operational Responsibilities

· Maintain clinic hygiene, safety standards, and ethical treatment protocols

· Ensure accurate documentation of assessments, sessions, and progress records

· Engage in continuous learning and updated physiotherapy practices

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s / Master’s in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT)

· Strong knowledge of therapy techniques and rehabilitation protocols

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Fresher’s motivated toward skill enhancement are encouraged to apply

Salary & Benefits

· Gross Salary: ₹20,000 per month
