Physiotherapist

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) or equivalent.
• Valid DHA license or eligibility (depending on UAE emirate).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in physiotherapy (homecare experience is an advantage).
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication and patient-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of documentation and reporting systems (EMR experience is a plus).

Key Responsibilities Clinical Duties

• Conduct patient assessments and physical examinations to identify functional limitations.
• Develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history.
• Provide physiotherapy treatments such as:
• Therapeutic exercises
• Manual therapy
• Pain management techniques
• Mobility and balance training
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide rehabilitation for post-surgical patients, neurological cases, orthopedic injuries, and chronic conditions.
• Educate patients and families/caregivers on home exercise programs and preventive care.
• Ensure safe handling and proper body mechanics during patient treatment.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate and updated patient records, treatment notes, and progress reports.
• Ensure all documentation is compliant with MOH / DHA / DOH guidelines (as applicable).
• Report any clinical incidents, risks, or concerns to the supervisor immediately.

Patient Care & Communication

• Provide professional and compassionate care to patients and their families.
• Communicate clearly regarding treatment goals, expected outcomes, and progress.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals for integrated care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions when required.

Compliance & Safety

• Follow infection control procedures and patient safety standards at all times.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of physiotherapy equipment.
• Adhere to company policies, code of ethics, and confidentiality requirements.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism during home visits and clinical practice.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
