Piano Teacher

Growing online music education organization is seeking a private piano/keyboard teacher.

Important note: We are looking for a teacher who is available for 4-9 pm Pacific time shifts 2 or more weeknights per week. Weekends and other times in the "after school" time frame are also a plus. Teachers not available for evenings or less than 2 days a week need not apply.

The job includes teaching remote one on one private piano lessons to students ages 5-18 (mostly beginners, some intermediate), creating and following lesson plans, and following a consistent weekly teaching schedule. Required experience: At least 10 years teaching private music lessons and/OR a degree in music. Any additional experience (such as teaching in a public or private school setting) is helpful. A plus if you are qualified to teach any other instruments as well.

Must be reliable, friendly, patient, resilient, and have good people skills (especially with kids and teens). Independent contractor position. Must pass background check and have reliable internet connection.

Pay: $29.00 per hour
