Formal teaching experience is not mandatory

If you can play and explain keyboard basics clearly, we encourage you to apply

Responsibilities

• Teach keyboard fundamentals to children aged 4–14 years through live online classes.
• Help students learn basic concepts such as: Notes and finger positioning; Rhythm and timing; Simple melodies and songs.
• Create a fun, encouraging, and interactive classroom environment.
• Ensure students enjoy the learning process and feel motivated to practice.
• Adapt teaching pace based on individual student needs.
• Conduct demo sessions for parents and students.
• Take group and one-on-one classes based on availability.
• Track student progress and share simple feedback when required.

Music Knowledge & Skills (Beginner-Focused)

• Strong understanding of keyboard basics and fundamentals.
• Ability to teach absolute beginners patiently and step-by-step.
• Comfort demonstrating concepts slowly and clearly.
• Background in music (formal or informal) is a plus.
• Formal degrees in music are preferred but not mandatory.

Communication & Teaching Fit

• Good spoken English (additional languages are a plus).
• Friendly, patient, and child-centric approach.
• Willingness to learn and follow TalentGum’s structured curriculum and training.
• Ability to keep young learners engaged in an online setting.

Technical Requirements

• Laptop/Desktop with webcam (dual camera) and microphone
• Stable high-speed internet connection
• Access to a keyboard instrument for teaching

Work Commitment

• Flexible options: 4 / 6 / 8 hours per day
• Weekend availability preferred
• Suitable for full-time, part-time, permanent, or fresher roles

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
