Job Summary
As a Voice and Piano Teacher, you will inspire and cultivate the musical talents of students of all ages, from young children to adults. Your role will involve creating engaging lesson plans that foster creativity and skill development in piano. You will provide a nurturing environment where students can explore their musical abilities, develop confidence, and achieve their personal goals. Join us in sharing the joy of music!

Age Ranges: K-5th

What you’ll do

• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans tailored to individual student needs, focusing on both voice and piano techniques.
• Teach music theory and piano skills through interactive and enjoyable methods.
• Manage classroom dynamics effectively to create a positive learning atmosphere that encourages participation and growth.
• Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to reinforce concepts and address specific challenges faced by students.
• Incorporate elements of early childhood education for younger students to enhance their engagement and understanding of music.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in music education to continually enhance your teaching practices.

Basic qualifications

• Proven experience in teaching piano, with a strong foundation in curriculum development.
• Demonstrated ability in classroom management and behavior management techniques.
• Experience working with students across various age groups, including preschool experience.

Preferred qualifications

• Background in special education or childhood development is a plus.
