Picker and Packer

Job Summary

We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Picker and Packers. In this role, you will help receive, inspect, and prepare packages for shipment in a clean and supportive work environment. No previous experience is required — full training will be provided to help you succeed. Responsibilities

• Receive incoming packages and make sure items are handled carefully and organized properly
• Inspect packages for visible damage or missing items before processing
• Take clear photos of packages and upload inspection reports using the company’s online dashboard
• Repack items securely to help ensure products arrive safely to customers
• Follow simple instructions and company procedures during daily tasks
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times
• Work closely with team members to complete tasks efficiently and meet daily goals
• Report any issues or concerns with packages to a supervisor when needed

Qualifications

• No prior experience is required; all training will be provided
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks carefully and accurately
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to upload photos and enter information online
• Basic English communication skills to understand instructions and work with team members
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn new skills
• Positive attitude and strong willingness to follow instructions and company procedures

Pay: $22.89 - $27.57 per hour
