A picker packer selects products from warehouse inventory based on order forms or scanners, packs them securely into boxes, labels them, and prepares them for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality before they are sent to customers. Key responsibilities include managing inventory, maintaining warehouse organization, and operating basic equipment, all while adhering to strict safety and quality standards to facilitate efficient order fulfillment and smooth supply chain operations.
