Job Overview

Join our growing field operations team as an Inventory Pickup Driver, where your reliability and strong work ethic will keep our daily pickup routes running smoothly. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for traveling to scheduled customer locations throughout the DMV area, efficiently loading and transporting materials, and ensuring every pickup is completed with professionalism and care. You’ll play a key role in representing the company in the field, building positive customer experiences, and maintaining smooth operational flow from pickup to processing. When needed, you’ll also assist with on-site packing, helping prepare materials for safe transport. This position offers an active, fast-paced environment where reliability, autonomy, and consistency are valued, and every completed route directly contributes to the success of the operation.

Duties

• Drive company vehicles to scheduled book pickup appointments throughout the DMV area.
• Safely load, unload, and transport boxes, bins, and collections of books.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with customers during pickups.
• Provide on-site packing services for customers if requested on their scheduled pickup appointments, including assembling and packing boxes at customer location to prepare for transport back to our warehouse.
• Represent 110 Street LLC in a positive and professional manner.
• Verify pickup information and document completed pickups.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
• Assist with organizing and unloading boxes at the warehouse.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of company vehicles.
• Work efficiently to complete daily routes and schedules.
• Report any vehicle issues, safety concerns, or customer feedback to management.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to move, stack, and load boxes throughout the day.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable using a smartphone for navigation and communication.
