Duties

• Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts to load and unload electronic waste and dismantled items.
• Safely drive pickup trucks and specialized vehicles to pick up electronics from designated locations.
• Assist with electronics dismantling processes, including sorting, cleaning, and preparing items for recycling or disposal.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment l to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and vehicles, adhering to sanitation standards and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate pickups, deliveries, and dismantling schedules efficiently.
• Follow all safety protocols during heavy lifting, equipment operation, and waste handling to prevent accidents or injuries.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record suitable for operating commercial vehicles.
• Experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts is highly preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or waste management environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices related to electronics dismantling and waste handling.
• Strong attention to safety procedures when working with garbage trucks or sanitation equipment.
• Willingness to learn new skills related to heavy equipment operation and electronics recycling processes.
