Pigment Consultant

Overview
We are seeking a Pigment Consultant to support implementation, configuration, and optimization of the Pigment Planning Platform across Finance, Supply Chain, and Business Planning teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance management and will work closely with stakeholders to build scalable planning models and dashboards.

The Pigment platform enables organizations to build financial planning, workforce planning, revenue forecasting, and scenario modeling in a collaborative environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesImplementation & Configuration

  • Implement and configure Pigment planning models
  • Build financial planning and forecasting models
  • Configure dimensions, metrics, and business rules
  • Develop scenario planning and what-if analysis models
  • Build dashboards and reports

Business Planning & Forecasting

  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Implement driver-based planning models
  • Build revenue, expense, and workforce planning models
  • Configure rolling forecast and long-range planning

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work with Finance, FP&A, and Business teams
  • Gather business requirements and translate into models
  • Conduct design workshops and solution walkthroughs
  • Provide user training and documentation

Data Integration

  • Integrate Pigment with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Configure data imports and automation
  • Maintain data validation and reconciliation

Reporting & Analytics

  • Build executive dashboards
  • Develop KPI tracking and performance reporting
  • Support variance analysis and management reporting

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of FP&A / Planning / EPM / Analytics experience
  • Experience with planning tools (Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, etc.)
  • Strong financial modeling and forecasting experience
  • Experience working with Finance stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing Pigment platform
  • Experience with financial planning and forecasting
  • Knowledge of SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, etc.)
  • SQL / Data integration experience
  • Consulting or implementation experience

Education

Pay: $75.00 - $80.00 per hour
