Overview

Teach Pilates sessions: Lead clients through a variety of exercises, both on a mat and using specialized equipment like reformers, to improve core strength, flexibility, and overall wellness. Provide instruction: Demonstrate proper form, technique, and breathing for each exercise. Personalize workouts: Design and tailor programs to meet the specific needs, goals, and fitness levels of individual clients or groups. Monitor and adjust: Watch participants as they exercise, providing verbal cues and physical adjustments to ensure proper form and prevent injuries. Track progress: Keep detailed records of client progress and provide feedback and motivation. Ensure safety: Maintain a clean and safe studio environment and ensure all equipment is in good working order. Stay current: Keep up with new developments, trends, and continuing education within the Pilates and fitness industries.
