Pilates Reformer and Chiropractic office Customer Service Associate

Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding plates reforming services in multiple languages.
  • Manage customer appointments, ensuring timely scheduling and follow-up to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on service requests, gather feedback, and promote additional offerings.
  • Handle customer data entry accurately into our systems using Microsoft Office tools and specialized software.
  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Assist with cash handling transactions when necessary, maintaining accuracy and security during payments.
  • Collaborate with team members to analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions or services.
  • Please note that this position includes Chiropractic office scheduling and confirmation of bills to our partners. We are both a chiropractic office and a pilates studio.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and at least one additional language; bilingual abilities are highly preferred.
  • Previous experience in call center environments or customer service roles is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
  • Experience with outbound calling, sales techniques, or client services is a plus.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
  • Ability to perform data entry accurately while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Prior experience in cash handling, typing, or analysis skills is beneficial but not mandatory. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 32 per week
