Role Overview

We are seeking a high-level Reformer Pilates Instructor who brings both technical expertise and strong personal presence. This role goes beyond teaching classes — it is about delivering a structured, results-driven experience and building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver personalized Reformer Pilates programs tailored to each client
• Lead private and small-group sessions with a focus on precision, control, and alignment
• Provide hands-on corrections and guidance to ensure safety and effectiveness
• Monitor progress and continuously adjust programs to deliver measurable results
• Maintain a premium studio environment at all times
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to retention and referrals

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Certified Pilates Reformer Instructor (mandatory)
• Certified Personal Trainer (preferred)
• Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and injury prevention
• Professional, confident, and client-focused approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to deliver a calm, controlled, and high-quality coaching experience

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Reformer Pilates and/or personal training
• Experience in boutique or luxury fitness environments is an advantage
