Pilates Specialist

We're hiring a Sales & Admin Coordinator to support our growing sales pipeline. This is a hybrid role — part inside sales, part sales operations — and we're specifically looking for candidates with a Pilates instructor background. You'll talk to studio owners and home buyers who already know our brand, send proposals, follow up, and keep our CRM clean as we grow.

This role is ideal for a Pilates instructor who is ready to step off the studio floor (or wants a stable remote career alongside teaching) and bring their industry knowledge into a sales and operations seat.

What You'll Do

• Respond to inbound leads from studio owners and home customers via email, phone, and chat
• Qualify prospects and schedule product demos
• Build and send equipment proposals (4–12 reformer studio orders, single-unit home orders)
• Manage the full sales pipeline in GoHighLevel CRM — every lead, every follow-up, every touchpoint
• Coordinate post-sale handoffs to our fulfilment and field service teams
• Send review requests, gather customer feedback, and flag recurring themes to leadership
• Help refine and document our sales process as we scale

What We're Looking For

• Pilates instructor background (current or former) — required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised with excellent follow-through — leads don't fall through the cracks on your watch
• Comfortable with technology — CRM systems, Email, Shopify, Google Workspace
• Strategic thinker — you see what needs doing before someone asks
• Self-motivated and reliable in a remote work environment
• US-based with authorisation to work in the United States

Nice to Have

• 1+ years of sales, customer service, or admin experience
• Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM
• Studio management or front-desk experience
• Knowledge of Pilates reformer brands (Balanced Body, Merrithew, Peak, Stott, Lagree)
