Pilates Studio Manager (Female)

Pilates Studio in Lusail.

The Pilates Studio Manager will oversee the daily operations of the studio, ensuring smooth operations, a positive client experience, and effective management of the studio's staff and resources. This role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for fitness and wellness.

Responsibilities:

Studio Operations:

  • Oversee daily operations, including managing class reservations, and equipment maintenance.
  • Ensure the studio environment is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and retail products.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Manage and supervise a team of instructors and staff members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and improve the overall experience.
  • Prepare and track studio performance reports, analyzing trends in attendance, membership, and revenue.
  • Bring new ideas and work on bringing sales from renting spaces and workshops

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing a fitness or wellness studio or in a management role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in scheduling and bookkeeping softwares, MS Office, and general administrative tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
