The Pilates Studio Manager will oversee the daily operations of the studio, ensuring smooth operations, a positive client experience, and effective management of the studio's staff and resources. This role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for fitness and wellness.
Responsibilities:
Studio Operations:
- Oversee daily operations, including managing class reservations, and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure the studio environment is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Maintain accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and retail products.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Manage and supervise a team of instructors and staff members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive exceptional customer service.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and improve the overall experience.
- Prepare and track studio performance reports, analyzing trends in attendance, membership, and revenue.
- Bring new ideas and work on bringing sales from renting spaces and workshops
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing a fitness or wellness studio or in a management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling and bookkeeping softwares, MS Office, and general administrative tasks.
