Pilling and Rig Operator

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate onshore drilling rigs and associated equipment safely

- Monitor drilling parameters and make necessary adjustments

- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of machinery

- Conduct daily inspections of rig equipment before and after operations

- Assist in rig mobilization, setup, and demobilization at onshore locations

- Ensure strict compliance with UAE HSE and site safety standards

- Maintain accurate drilling logs and operational reports

- Coordinate with rig crew, supervisors, and site engineers

- Follow environmental and safety regulations at all times

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or technical certification (preferred)

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in onshore drilling operations in the UAE

- Familiarity with land rig equipment and drilling procedures

- Knowledge of UAE HSE standards and safety compliance

- Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills

- Ability to work in desert and remote onshore environments

- Physically fit and capable of handling demanding work conditions

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per hour
