Job duties:

• Greet patients, verify patient information, ask screening questions, enter screening information into EMR system.
• Perform & record vital signs, perform a variety of screenings including Bone Mineral Density screenings, Diabetic Retinopathy screenings, Peripheral Neuropathy screenings, Peripheral Vascular Disease screenings.
• Upload reports to patients' chart in EMR system.
• Provide support to fellow Medical Assistants and Nurse Practitioners.
• Previous electronic medical records experience preferred.
• Previous medical office/patient care experience preferred.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and team oriented.
• Must maintain professionalism & respect for patients and co-workers.
• Must be flexible, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and take challenges head on.
• Must be willing to commute to wellness centers located in Reno, Carson City, and Fernley NV.
