Pipe Crew Laborer

We are currently looking for pipe crew laborers to add to our team. We are very focused on safety, efficiency, and a positive work environment. Attention to detail and having a high work ethic are essential. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take constructive criticism, and be able to think critically on the job. At least 2 years of sanitary, storm, or water installation would be ideal, but we will teach on the job for the right applicant.

Responsibilities:

• Safely work around a trench and heavy machinery.
• Lay pipe or support the pipelayer in laying a high quality product.
• Using pipe laying tools and equipment.
• Working well with your team

Pay:

Pay will be based on experience and work history. We pay very competitive to industry competitors and offer a very healthy workplace environment.

There are opportunities to participate in our profit-sharing program after 1 year if employment. Health insurance and company matched retirement is available Day 1.
