Pipe Crew Laborer/Pipe Layer

Job Overview
Join our construction team as a Pipe Crew Laborer/Pipe Layer and be at the forefront of installing vital pipeline systems. Duties

• Assist with the layout and installation of pipelines according to blueprints and project specifications
• Use pipe lasers and other precision tools to ensure accurate pipe alignment and elevation
• Assist in excavating trenches and preparing the job site for pipe installation.
• Help with pipeline alignment and position to join pipes using proper techniques and tools.

Qualifications

• Prior construction site experience or familiarity with pipeline or utility projects preferred
• Knowledge of heavy equipment operation including dozer, loader, backhoe, excavator, forklift, and front loader truck
• Skills in concrete finishing, welding, and concrete forming are a plus
• Experience with utility locating tools such as pipe lasers or pipe lasers is advantageous
• Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites and ability to follow safety guidelines diligently
• Ability to work in trenches and confined spaces safely

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
