Pipe Welder and Pipe Fitter

Central Mechanical is currently looking for a pipe welder and pipe fitter to support our commercial and industrial work across western North Dakota. Work includes both jobsite and shop fabrication. We have offices in Mandan and Dickinson with multiple positions available.

Central Mechanical was established in 1984 and has served western North Dakota since that time. Our customers include large commercial, industrial, institutional, and new construction residential.

This position is for someone looking for long term employment and a lifelong trade career. We will train the right person on fitting, layout, and related mechanical work. Pipe welding experience is required.

Schedule:

Monday through Thursday, 6 am to 5 pm

Qualifications:

Pipe welding experience required, ability to pass a weld test as applicable
Pipe fitting experience is a plus but not required
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Reliable, punctual, and motivated
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Looking for long term employment, not short term work

Compensation and Benefits:

$20.00 to $32.00 per hour depending on experience
Paid weekly

After two years of employment, Central Mechanical contributes 15% of gross wages to a SEP retirement plan. No employee contribution or match required.
