Pipefitter/ Plumber

Job Description:
Embers Protection Services Inc. is seeking an experienced and reliable Pipefitter / Fire Protection Installer to join our growing team. This role focuses on the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire protection piping systems for commercial and residential projects.

Responsibilities:

• Install, assemble, and maintain fire sprinkler and piping systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Cut, thread, and fit pipe using hand and power tools
• Perform system testing, inspections, and troubleshooting
• Work in compliance with safety standards and job site requirements
• Coordinate with foremen and other trades on site

Requirements:

• 2+ years of pipefitting or fire protection experience preferred
• Knowledge of fire sprinkler systems and piping layouts
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Experience with grooved, threaded, and welded pipe systems
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various job site conditions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in fire protection systems (NFPA standards knowledge a plus)
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification
• Basic hand tools

Pay:
$25–$40 per hour (based on experience)
