Qualifications
- 3-5 years of pipeline construction or maintenance experience
- Previous supervisory or foreman experience
- Strong knowledge of pipeline installation methods and safety standards
- Ability to read construction drawings and technical documents
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operations
- Good leadership and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise pipeline construction or maintenance crews on-site
- Coordinate daily work activities and assign tasks to workers
- Read and interpret pipeline drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and environmental regulations
- Monitor welding, trenching, coating, hydrotesting, and pipe laying activities
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are achieved
- Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, and project managers
- Maintain daily progress reports, timesheets, and site documentation
- Ensure equipment and tools are properly maintained and safely operated
- Resolve field issues and operational delays efficiently
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings
- Manage material usage and inventory on-site
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
