Pipeline Foreman

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of pipeline construction or maintenance experience
• Previous supervisory or foreman experience
• Strong knowledge of pipeline installation methods and safety standards
• Ability to read construction drawings and technical documents
• Familiarity with heavy equipment operations
• Good leadership and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise pipeline construction or maintenance crews on-site
• Coordinate daily work activities and assign tasks to workers
• Read and interpret pipeline drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and environmental regulations
• Monitor welding, trenching, coating, hydrotesting, and pipe laying activities
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are achieved
• Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, and project managers
• Maintain daily progress reports, timesheets, and site documentation
• Ensure equipment and tools are properly maintained and safely operated
• Resolve field issues and operational delays efficiently
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings
• Manage material usage and inventory on-site

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
