Piping Material Specialist

• Develop, review and maintain Piping Material Specifications (PMS) for metallic & non-metallic piping, valves and fittings across all process units.
• Select materials based on process fluid characteristics (temperature, pressure, corrosion, cleanliness) and regulatory requirements.
• Review and approve P&IDs, Material Requisitions (MRs) and Technical Bid Evaluations (TBEs).
• Ensure all piping components conform to ASME, ASTM, API, DIN, ISO and other relevant standards.
• Liaise with vendors during technical clarification, inspection and expediting.
• Support site teams in material handling, storage and erection best practices.
• Address material compatibility and corrosion issues in chemical and food-grade environments.
• Collaborate with QA/QC for Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and Material Test Certificates (MTCs).
• Contribute to root-cause analysis and corrective actions for material failures.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
