Piping stress analysis

• Analysis: Conduct stress analysis for thermal expansion wall thickness and nozzle load checks.
• Software: Utilize specialized software (CAESAR II, AutoPIPE, ROHR2) for simulations.
• Design: Design and specify pipe supports (springs, snubbers, anchors) and related components.
• Documentation: Prepare stress reports, specifications, critical line lists, support drawings, and review vendor documents.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant codes (ASME B31.3, B31.1) and industry standards.
• Collaboration: Interface with project managers, designers, civil/structural engineers, and construction teams
