Wison is seeking an experienced Piping Supervisor to join our Abu Dhabi project team. The ideal candidate will oversee all piping installation, modification, and testing activities to ensure safe, high-quality, and on-schedule project execution. This position requires strong field supervision skills, a deep understanding of engineering specifications, and proven leadership in managing multi-disciplinary site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily piping fabrication, installation, welding, and pressure testing to ensure alignment with approved drawings, P&IDs, and project standards.
• Lead and coordinate piping crews and subcontractors—ensuring safety, quality, and productivity across all site activities.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and daily coordination meetings; ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations and site safety protocols.
• Inspect piping materials and verify compliance with project specifications, material certifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineering, QC, and HSE departments to resolve technical or safety issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, material logs, test records, and NCRs.
• Support project completion and handover through preparation of as-built drawings, test certificates, and final documentation packages.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical, Piping, or Chemical Engineering (vocational certificates such as City & Guilds in Piping are an advantage).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in piping supervision—preferably in oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of ASME B31.3 , API 570 , and related piping standards.
• Proficient in reading engineering drawings, P&IDs, and isometrics .
• Demonstrated experience leading diverse construction teams and managing subcontractors effectively.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office , and ideally Primavera or SAP systems.
• Previous ADNOC or BOROUGE project experience will be given priority consideration.
