Piping Supervisor

Job Purpose:

The Piping Supervisor is responsible for supervision and coordination of all piping activities on site, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications and quality standards. This role involves direct supervision of piping teams, monitoring progress, and coordinating with project management to meet project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day piping construction activities on site.
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Monitor productivity and quality of piping installation, fabrication, and welding.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations (HSE).
• Coordinate with project engineers, planners, and other disciplines for smooth workflow.
• Identify and resolve technical issues or obstacles during construction.
• Maintain daily reports, progress records, and manpower utilization.
• Mentor and guide piping crew, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
• Assist in planning material and manpower requirements.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Piping Supervisor in the oil and gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of piping systems, welding, fabrication, and installation practices.
• Understanding of project management, scheduling, and site coordination.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with HSE standards and practices.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
