LANE'S OAK’D BBQ is Craft BBQ restaurant, smoking daily Central Texas style BBQ. We offer locals a relaxed, warm Texas atmosphere to enjoy BBQ, cocktails, and House-Baked Pastries treats. We specialize in Craft Texas BBQ, fresh sides, pastries, we stay true to our Texas roots by using fresh ingredients to create simple, yet modern Texas dishes. The simplicity of some of our dishes means that our team must care about the quality of our products, having fun while we put love and consistency into every aspect of what we produce!

We are in search of a Pit Team Members that has the following qualities:

• Passionate about learning Texas BBQ, such as Smoked Meats, sauces, sides
• Self-motivated when working independently, but not afraid to ask the right questions - learning, listening and being honest are important traits
• Open to working different stations and learning with the crew
• Able to stay organized and multitask throughout service, customer facing
• Maintaining a positive attitude and ability to learn are more important than experience
• Able to workdays, nights, weekends and have reliable transportation

Compensation and Benefits:

Both full and part time positions are available. We offer competitive pay based and tip sharing. If you remain employed with us for 90 days, you also receive a $250 bonus!

We are currently hiring at our Dallas and Addison Location.
