TMT Gravel & Contracting Inc. is hiring a dependable Loader Operator to join our team. This role involves operating a front-end loader to load trucks, performing general labor, and assisting with daily quarry/gravel pit operations.

Responsibilities:

• Operate loader to safely and efficiently load trucks
• Perform general physical labor as needed
• Operate equipment such as skid steers and excavators
• Inspect, maintain, and keep equipment in good working condition
• Follow all safety procedures

Requirements:

• Experience operating a loader (required)
• Quarry or gravel pit experience preferred
• Ability to operate additional equipment is a plus
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Basic mechanical knowledge
