Job Description:

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for performing functions of either a Pit Manager or Shift Manager on an assigned shift
  • Reviews game spread & staffing levels and recommends changes to the Director Table Games and Director Casino Administration
  • Ensures compliance with Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations.
  • Responsible for the distribution and administration of performance appraisals, commendations, constructive letters and progressive discipline to all reporting levels of table games department employees
  • Must be knowledgeable of all casino games and rules and Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations
  • Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Must offer the highest possible level of customer service resulting in a maximum level of player enjoyment and return play
  • Reviews the internal security of all table games and maintains surveillance of all activities that could affect the efficiency and effectiveness, as well as, the integrity of the casino operation
