Graphic Designer & Pitch Deck Expert (3+ Years Experience)

Indeyx is hiring a disciplined, highly skilled, and independent Graphic Designer with strong expertise in Pitch Deck Design, Logo Design, and Social Media Post Design.

This role demands top-quality execution, strict deadlines, strong communication, and the ability to work without supervision.

We assess every candidate through real project tasks. Only results matter.

Compensation Structure

Probation (1 Month):

25,000 PKR

Performance-based — termination if quality or timelines are not met.

After Successful Probation:

Remote: 60,000 PKR Monthly

On-site: 100,000 PKR Monthly

Bonuses based on performance and delivery quality.

Responsibilities

Design high-impact pitch decks aligned with brand standards.

Create professional logos, brand identities, and mockups.

Produce engaging social media posts and campaign visuals.

Manage all tasks independently, with high ownership and zero follow-ups.

Convert requirements into clear, accurate visual output.

Deliver projects on time with consistent, premium quality.

Maintain and improve brand consistency across all materials.

Strict Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in graphic design.

Strong expertise in PowerPoint (mandatory), Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop.

Ability to work without supervision and manage workload professionally.

Excellent understanding of modern design trends, layouts, typography, and color theory.

Strong requirement-understanding and communication skills.

Must provide a portfolio demonstrating pitch decks, logos, and post designs.

Must be comfortable being evaluated on real client-style projects during the hiring process.

Failure to meet deadlines or quality standards may result in immediate disqualification during or after probation.
