Duties

• Greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements as a host or hostess, ensuring smooth flow of service
• Assist in food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness to uphold sanitation standards
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
• Support food safety protocols by following sanitation guidelines and proper food handling procedures
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy hours, including managing guest relations and resolving concerns promptlyRequirements
• Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash handling and transactions
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience in serving, bussing, hosting, or food preparation roles within the food industry
