- Assist senior chefs in preparing and cooking menu items (shawarma, rotisserie chicken, grills, sides, appetizers).
- Maintain mise en place by preparing vegetables, marinades, sauces, and breading as required.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely (grillers, fryers, ovens, shawarma machines).
- Follow standard recipes and portion sizes to maintain consistency.
- Ensure all food is handled, stored, and prepared in line with Dubai Municipality food safety regulations.
- Keep the workstation, utensils, and storage areas clean and sanitized.
- Support in receiving, checking, and storing deliveries.
- Report shortages, equipment issues, or quality concerns to the CDP or Supervisor.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours.
- Uphold Qasr Al Farouj brand standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation.
