- Prepare and stretch pizza dough to proper specifications
- Assemble pizzas according to recipe standards (sauces, cheese, toppings)
- Operate and manage pizza ovens (deck, conveyor, or wood-fired)
- Monitor cook times, rotation, and oven temperatures
- Maintain dough quality, proofing, and proper storage
- Execute prep tasks such as portioning ingredients and making sauces
- Ensure consistency in presentation and portioning
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Follow directions of management team
Qualifications
- Previous pizza or high volume kitchen experience preferred
- Strong understanding of dough handling and fermentation (preferred)
- Ability to work quickly and stay composed under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs

$18-$19 per hour with 1 year or less pizza experience
$20-$23 per hour with more than 1-year prior pizza experience
