  • Prepare and stretch pizza dough to proper specifications
  • Assemble pizzas according to recipe standards (sauces, cheese, toppings)
  • Operate and manage pizza ovens (deck, conveyor, or wood-fired)
  • Monitor cook times, rotation, and oven temperatures
  • Maintain dough quality, proofing, and proper storage
  • Execute prep tasks such as portioning ingredients and making sauces
  • Ensure consistency in presentation and portioning
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
  • Follow directions of management team

Qualifications

  • Previous pizza or high volume kitchen experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of dough handling and fermentation (preferred)
  • Ability to work quickly and stay composed under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs

$18-$19 per hour with 1 year or less pizza experience

$20-$23 per hour with more than 1-year prior pizza experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
