Pizza Delivery Driver

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Pizza Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering delicious pizzas and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. The ideal candidate will possess strong driving skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to handle heavy lifting as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas and other menu items to customers in a timely manner while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers with a friendly attitude and ensuring their orders are accurate.
• Load and unload delivery items, ensuring that all products are handled with care to prevent damage.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Navigate delivery routes efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize delays.
• Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including moving items, operating pallet jacks, and forklifts.
• Support team members with heavy lifting and manual tasks during peak hours or special events.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
• Experience with route driving and knowledge of local streets is advantageous.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) safely and efficiently.
• Familiarity with operating box trucks or manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
