As a Pizza Maestro, you will be the heart of our kitchen, combining creativity, precision, and enthusiasm to craft delicious pizzas that keep our guests coming back for more. Duties

• Prepare and assemble a variety of high-quality pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and used efficiently to minimize waste
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the shift
• Lead the team in delivering timely service while maintaining a lively, positive atmosphere
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients and supplies
• Follow food safety regulations and uphold hygiene standards at all times
• Assist in training new team members on pizza preparation techniques and safety procedures

Qualifications

• Proven experience in pizza preparation or culinary arts, with a strong understanding of dough, toppings, and cooking techniques
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to motivate and guide team members
• Strong attention to detail to ensure every pizza meets quality standards
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
• Nice-to-have: certifications in food handling or culinary training
