Duties

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications.
• Utilize various kitchen equipment and tools, including knives, to ensure efficient food preparation.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new pizza recipes and menu items.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining quality standards.
• Assist in training new kitchen staff on pizza preparation techniques and kitchen operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a cook in a restaurant or fine dining environment, with a focus on pizza preparation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen operations.
• Proficient knife skills and familiarity with various cooking methods.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
