Pizza Maker/Cashier

Location: Marco’s Pizza – Highland

Marco’s Pizza is looking for motivated, reliable, and customer-focused Team Members to join our fast-paced restaurant environment. We are seeking hardworking individuals who can work well under pressure, learn quickly, and help deliver outstanding customer service and quality food. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working as part of a team in a high-energy setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take orders in person, over the phone, and through online systems
• Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to Marco’s Pizza standards
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, prep areas, lobby, and restrooms
• Restock food, drinks, boxes, and other supplies as needed
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures
• Work with team members to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
• Provide a positive guest experience through great service and teamwork

Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and walking throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying calm and focused
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing needs
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Customer service or restaurant experience is preferred, but not required
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must have dependable transportation
