• Operate POS systems efficiently to process transactions accurately and quickly
• Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with precision and integrity
• Uphold excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone inquiries or orders
• Ensure the dining area remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times

Experience

• Prior cashiering experience in a retail or grocery store environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and team members
• Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a broader customer base effectively
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
