Pizzeria Shift Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic part time Shift Manager to join our small but bustling pizzeria. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for exceptional food, outstanding customer service, and strong leadership skills to oversee daily operations and ensure a high-quality experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive prompt and courteous service. Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, as well as inventory management.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a pizzeria or similar environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality management is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
