Leucadia Pizzeria is a dynamic, fast-paced, and beloved Pizzeria and Italian Cuisine committed to serving up high-quality, craveable food and delivering an exceptional guest experience. We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and hands-on leader to oversee our front and back of house operations.

The Role: Front and Back of House Supervisor Opener/Closer

The Supervisor is the heart of our daily operations. You will be responsible for leading and delegating all team members, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction. A significant part of this role involves overseeing the Front and Back of House operations, assigning team members roles and drivers, ensuring exceptional customer service, while answering phones and taking orders.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee all daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, service flow, and guest seating.
  • Ensure the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and fully always stocked for service.
  • Manage staff schedules efficiently to meet business needs while adhering strictly to labor budgets and goals.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally, turning challenging situations into positive experiences.

Team Management & Development

  • Train staff to current service standards and ensure consistent execution across all positions.
  • Foster a positive, teamwork-oriented, and professional work environment.

Financial Performance

  • Monitor daily sales figures and reports.
  • Implement strategies to drive sales, manage costs, and maximize profitability.
  • Ensure cash handling procedures are strictly followed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong knowledge of the industry’s best practice for service, cleanliness, and food safety.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License (DL) and Food Handlers certification.
  • Must have a personal bank account for direct deposit.
  • Preferred Experience: 3+ years of Front and Back of House experience.

Pay: From $22.00-24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
