Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve the company's sales goals and objectives.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.

Collaborate with other departments, including operations, product and finance, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

Prepare and present proposals to clients that align with their business needs and objectives.

Prepare and present business development reports to senior management on a regular basis.

Take end-to-end ownership of client onboarding process.
Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

4 years of experience in courier and logistics, with a strong background in B2B sales.

Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business development strategies and achieving sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

Strong customer focus and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and a tech oriented mindset.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
